It may sound simple, but drinking lemon water first thing in the morning has be proven to work wonders on the skin. It helps to remove dirt and oil, while also providing the daily nourishment that your skin needs. It’s important to keep your skin clean, hydrated and protected no matter what.

Go Outside

Some fresh air always helps. Since you put SPF on, it’s safe to go outside and enjoy the sunshine. But don’t overdo it.
